CLASS POLICIES

Service Description

ALL classes are $20 pay as you partake Registration Pre-Registration is required - Registration allows us to manage class sizes and communicate effectively in case of a weather or illness related cancellation. Registration is per week - per class, so no need to commit to a series for most classes. You can join us once, sometimes, or every week as it works in your schedule. Minimum of 3 students per class Arrival Time Policy Members will be able to enter the studio no more than 15 minutes before class begins. Please make every effort to arrive 10 minutes before classes and/or workshops. Health Policy When you are sick in such a way that may be contagious to others, we ask that you please do not come in for classes until you feel confident you will not infect others around you. Cell Phone Policy We kindly ask that cell phones are stored in a locker and not used during practice unless truly necessary. If you must bring your cell phone in, please let the teacher know before class begins. Please place your phone discreetly near you in “silent mode” so that ringing, vibration or message notification displays will not distract other students. If you need to use/answer your cell phone in any way during class, we ask that you please leave the practice space and go into the lobby or outside. Personal Belongings Policy We ask you store all personal belongings in a locker located in the studio area. Cancellations & Inclement Weather Policy Student Cancellations - Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 4 hours prior to the class start time. Inclement Weather - Please always check for class cancellations on the "Online Schedule" before coming in if we are having questionable weather.
